GeneralsOnline employs multiple techniques to detect and ban cheaters, including anti-cheat, replays, screenshots, AI analysis, account bans, IP bans and hardware bans as well as duplicate/alternative account detection.

No bans are automatically issued based on automated detection methods. All flagged matches & associated evidence is reviewed by at least two GO staff members before any ban is enacted.

Bans which are not cheat related can be appealed via Discord. Note that confirmed/validated bans for cheating will not be rescinded under any circumstances.
